Elite Flexible One is one of the special programs of the Thailand Elite Program that has garnered interest from nearly 20 Thai real estate developers, collaborating to build confidence and improve the outlook for the Thai economy in 2021.
Mr. Somchai Soongsawang, Managing Director of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., which operates the Thailand Elite membership card program, discussed the progress of the special program Elite Flexible One. He mentioned that the company has been negotiating to establish memorandums of understanding for special cooperation agreements for the Elite Flexible One program with over 20 Thai real estate developers. Each of these companies possesses strong brand images and products, along with operational policies that align with the confidence that they can attract foreign investors and Elite Card members to invest in both Freehold and Leasehold properties.
Currently, more than 50 projects have been submitted by real estate developers to participate in the Elite Flexible One program, with several more projects in preparation, totaling over 80 projects.
